Beginning today, 3/22, the speed limit on a sectio
Beginning today, 3/22, the speed limit on a section of Kaahumanu Avenue (Route 32) will be reduced from 45 mph to 35 mph in both directions. The purpose of the speed reduction is to provide a manageable and consistent speed limit for this section of Kaahumanu Avenue as Wailuku and Kahului have become more urbanized. @mauimpo

Registration is open for our April ride! Join us on a 30 mile ride in Central Maui. We'll be riding in a loop from Kalama Park to Kahului to Wailuku and back for a total of 30 miles round trip. Don't miss out!

The first Ride Leader Training session is tomorrow
The first Ride Leader Training session is tomorrow, 3/14 at 5:45pm. This 90-minute virtual training will be conducted by Hawaii Bicycling League. If you are an MBL member with at least 3 years of cycling experience we encourage you to participate in the virtual training to help us host more rides for the Maui cycling community.  Participants will also need to attend the in-person practical riding session on 3/18. Learn more: mauibike.org/ride-leader-training/
