About

We will begin in Kahului at Maui College and ride north along the Kahekili Highway for 15 miles until we reach Lorraine Shave Ice in Kahakuloa. We’ll stop for sweet cold treats before heading back to Kahului for a total of 30.5 miles round trip.

Riders should expect a total elevation gain of approximately 3000+ feet with a max grade of 11%.

This ride is intended for intermediate and advanced riders who can maintain average speeds of 12-14mph. E-bikes are welcome, but we ask all e-bikers to adhere to our safety and etiquette expectations! Equipment is not provided and helmets are required for all riders.

Cost: Rides are FREE for active MBL Members and donation-based for non-members.
