This event is part of the Maui Cycle Exploration program, a monthly ride series hosted by Maui Bicycling League that encourages residents and visitors to explore various parts of the island by bike! If you can’t make this one, we encourage you to look into participating in a future event. Registration is required for all rides.

Meeting Place: Haycraft Park in Wailuku
The group will depart from the park at 9am sharp and head northbound on the Honoapiilani Highway for approximately 10 miles. We will turn around at Iao Valley and ride another 4 miles to Wailuku Coffee Company for coffee and snacks before riding back towards Haycraft Park for a total of 20.6 miles.
The majority of the ride will take place along the wide shoulder of the roadway. There is a total of approximately, 1300ft of elevation gain. This event is for intermediate to advanced cyclists who can maintain speeds of 12-14 mph. Scope out the route map: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/40528037
This ride is intended for intermediate to advanced riders who can maintain an average speed of 12-14 mph. E-bikes are welcome! Riders wishing to do a shorter ride can opt to drop out at any point as long as they inform the ride leader (Kelli).
