Join us in kicking off Bike Month with an event to help make Maui’s bikeways better! We’ll be hosting a work day on Saturday, May 7th where we’ll be clearing weeds and debris from the shared use path along Maui Veterans Highway. We’ll work from 9-11am and then gather to enjoy refreshments provided by Maui Bicycling League.

Day/Time: May 7 at 9AM – Noon
Meeting Location: Petco Kahului, 50 Ho’okele St, Kahului, HI 96732
We’ll separate into teams and drive to various points along the path.
Please bring: gloves, hat, water and any tools you may want to use to clear the path (shovels, brooms, grabbers). We’ll have disposable gloves and trash bags.
This event is being hosted by RideSmart Maui Electric Bikes, Maui Bicycling League, Maui Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the Healthy Eating + Active Living (HEAL) Coalition.
